The Bolin Cabin

This ADU takes advantage of the Bitterroots breathtaking views with the Saphire mountains at its back and the Bitterroot mountains out its living room windows. The design was inspired by its surroundings and purposefully creates a feeling of nostalgia with its barn like appearance. The Pine siding was harvested from Hamilton and milled by a local Stevensville Mill. It is topped with a corten steel roof that has all the patina and rustic charm, while maintaining long term protection for the structure. The lifetime stain on the siding requires little to no long term maintenance. A place you can truly relax and enjoy for a very long time. This home is small in square footage but it has all of the necessities and some luxuries that you would expect for a larger build. It boasts a one car garage with built in storage. A vaulted ceiling living room with nearly floor to ceiling windows that bring the outside in. The full kitchen is equipped with farm sink, vintage fridge, and pantry cabinet for all your kitchen needs. The finishes are what make it. With a spa like tile shower, wood accent walls and ceilings, a cozy wood stove, and lighting that has modern elements with an old time feel. It oozes character and makes you feel right at home.
